the location
‘I’ve heard that Piccadilly is a vibrant part of the city but what exactly does it have to offer?’
You’ve heard right. Major investment into Piccadilly over the last few years has re-positioned the city centre's dynamic focus.. The Hub apartments are located minutes from the Universities, Canal Street, the Northern Quarter and King Street. Piccadilly’s exciting infrastructure provides all aspects of work, rest and play.

‘What about when I’m not working – is Piccadilly a good place to spend my free time?’
It is if you like shopping, socialising, eating, drinking or even just people watching! Safe, secure and stylish, Piccadilly is home to a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. Retail favourites include Apple, The Curve and Hurley, while gastronomic delights are on offer in Piccadilly at Grado, Barburrito and Kro Bar. Boutique hotels such as Malmaison and ABode Manchester, provide much more than just a bed for the night, and the Piccadilly Lounge at City Inn is the place to sip cocktails.

‘Are the transport links in Piccadilly good?’
They couldn’t be better. No other property development in Manchester’s City Centre is better connected. The Hub Apartments are situated directly opposite Manchester Piccadilly Station which provides fantastic rail links to regional and national destinations - for example London Euston is every half an hour, taking a little over two hours. Manchester Airport is approximately fifteen minutes away, offering direct daily access to over 200 destinations, including all UK termini.

For local public transport, Piccadilly has its own Metrolink tram stop and Piccadilly Bus Station is 400 yards away. By car, the Mancunian Way connects to the motorway network and is just a few minutes drive away. More importantly though, you can do everything you want to in the city centre by foot. Walking to most places takes no longer than 15 minutes.
shared equity
‘I want to buy but I’m not sure I can afford to. What if I’m not able to make the full commitment?’
Don’t worry – we’ve come up with a way to help you out. Just under a third of the apartments at The Hub will be shared equity homes and you can secure one with a deposit of just £1,000! This is a discounted reservation fee with £500 upfront and a further £500 payable on exchange of contracts.

‘What exactly is shared equity?’
It’s a scheme that enables owner-occupiers to purchase 80-85% of their home. After a year of living in the apartment you have the option to buy the remaining share or simply carry on as before. Apartment prices at The Hub start at £124,500 for a studio - equating to £99,600 under the shared equity scheme.
